I was putting off getting my oil changed. So I called and spoke to a gentleman that was very polite on the phone so thought I will give them a try. Puled up drove right in they got all my information asked me what my concerns etc. Cheked everyone in my car. I am a new customer!

Wow! We were passing through Bentonville, and our service light came on and alerted us that we needed oil. We stopped in and explained our situation to Tony. We suggested an oil change, and he asked to let him check it out first. He didn't want to charge us for something that we didn't need. Several men then began to work on the car. He ended up adding oil and coolant and explained what was going on with our car. He refused payment and sent us on our way to enjoy the remainder of our trip. It is rare to find an honest and generous businessman these days. We found several at Mr. Lube. If I lived in Bentonville, I would definitely put Mr. Lube on my preferred business list.
